Theresa Kamicka

Theresa has over fifteen years of experience in financial services, primarily in commercial and corporate lending operations with BMO Financial Group. Throughout her career, she has been responsible for designing and implementing cost-effective processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, policies and procedures while minimizing operational risk. Theresa has been involved in numerous loan system implementations and conversions. She has designed training strategies and instructional technical and operational materials.
Theresa received her Masters in Business Administration in Financial Services from Dalhousie University. She is also a gold medal recipient and Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers. Theresa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from McMaster University and also holds a Comprehensive Project Management Certificate from the University of Toronto.
