Kruno Perkovic founded Synchrony Consulting Services Inc. (“Synchrony”) which specializes in risk management human capital and management advisory services. Clients include leading global banks, pension plans, top-tier consultancies and technology organizations.
Synchrony was established at The Fields Institute at the University of Toronto. Prior to founding Synchrony, Kruno spent close to twenty years with leading global consulting firms and global Canadian banks where he worked on a wide range of topics including strategy, analytics and technology.
Kruno was board member of the Industry Advisory Board of The Fields Institute at the University of Toronto, board member of Master of Financial Economics program at Western University and board member of the Steering Committee of the Professional Risk Managers’ International Association (PRMIA) Toronto Chapter.
Kruno has been a guest lecturer at the University of Toronto and Western University and has also lectured on financial risk management and career development. Regularly invited for his expert advice on human capital topics within financial services organizations, Kruno consults both business and human resources executives. Kruno received degrees in Economics, Mathematical Finance and Business Law from several Canadian universities and is a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute.
